Through guided art sessions, therapeutic worship experiences and meaningful conversations, we aim to spread awareness about mental health and break the stigma surrounding it. By providing a platform for open dialogue and self expression, we hope to create a supportive community where individuals feel understood, accepted and empowered to seek help when needed.
At Worship and Paint, participants have the opportunity to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings through the medium of art while deepening and understanding their relationship with God, finding solace, carthasis and healing in the creative process.
